Reception Work

This is a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist/switchboard operator to support the team for a very busy and well known organisation. Daily responsibilities include operating a computerised switchboard system, meeting and greeting clients and maintaining the reception/visitors area. You will also be required to manage the daily post and some other ad hoc administration duties.

Sales Team

Responsibilities will include:
Sell advertising to new and existing customers
To exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets
Manage the sales territory and customer accounts through telephone calls and field visits
To develop close links with clients that will enable the company to find new ways to develop revenue such as feature supplements, sponsorships and online advertising
Produce monthly reports highlighting sales activities and market trends
Monitor competitors' activities in the market place 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be have:
The candidate should be educated to at least A Level or equivalent, with a good standard of English, both written and spoken, and basic mathematics including percentages

Special Skills/Experience/Competencies:

Previous advertising sales experience in a similar role
Good use of English, especially creative sales letter writing
Ability to give effective, confident sales presentations to customers
Familiar with traveling/driving in Europe
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills. Other requirements include a 'can do' spirit, good teamwork skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, problem solving under pressure, good time-management and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Creative personality

Web Developers

Duties will include designing and making products using PHP, MYSQL, LINUX and also Adobe/Macromedia software and meeting with clients to discuss their requirements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the mentioned programmes and be a team player with good IT skills and a proven track record with examples/portfolio.

Admin

THE ROLE
* Committed to ongoing development and success, this leading specialist wholesaler is currently looking for an Data Entry/Administrator to join its office team.
* You will be required to input existing data across to a new software system.
* The Data Entry/Administrator will be a reliable and a organized individual.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* The successful candidate will have previously worked in a data entry role.
* Experience within an office environment.
* Well organized with an eye for detail.

Secretarial

1. Audio and copy (limited) typing, filing directly to the computerised system.
2. Excel spreadsheet work e.g. monthly expenses for your team.
3. Arranging meetings and the general upkeep of team diaries. Showing guests into meeting rooms; offering tea or coffee and clearing the room after use.
4. Answering the telephone for your team and helping other secretaries, directing calls to relevant departments and directing urgent queries through to team mobiles
5. Arranging hotel and travel bookings.
6. Maintaining the purchase order spreadsheet 

Skills and Experience

1. Solid experience as a team secretary in a busy dept.
2. Good standard of education
3. Typing speed of 50wpm+
4. Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Telesales / Sales

If you are confident, self motivated and looking to get into sales - this will kick start your sales career.
You will be provided with full training and ongoing coaching and support to make sure you reach your targets and earn the great salary on offer.
Comfortable using Word and Excel, you'll also be used to working to targets. If you have a great personality and bags of enthusiasm - you'd make a great addition to the team.

Accounts

Daily duties will include:

Dealing with customers, managing existing accounts on an ongoing basis, identifying problems and implementing solutions.    

Ideally you will have experience in the following job sectors or have transferable skills: finance sales, telesales, customer service, direct sales or account management.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

Good organisational and administration skills
Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment.
Target driven
You will also need a full driving licence and ideally your own transport
