Coaching is a strength-based model of managing the symptoms of AD/HD with practical and powerful strategies helping the person to get on track.
Transferring the What is wrong? to What is possible?

The coach and client explore possibilities, skills, capabilities, motivations, values and empowering beliefs to ensure increasing success and mastery over any challenges.
Coaching is an on-going relationship with emphasis on listening, understanding, and bringing internal obstacles to the surface. In addition, coaching uses requests for action and accountability. Coaches seek solutions to help the client move forward. Then the client's change in behavior and attitude is permanent. The coach has helped the client bring out his or her best.

Move past the blocks and get the change you want

Living with adult ADD / ADHD

For adults with AD/HD, life can be a frustrating merry-go-round of running late, not getting things done, sleeping at odd hours, and feeling like things are out of control. Due to the nature of the condition, even routine chores and work activities can seem overwhelming. However, there are many skills you can learn to help get your life under control. It’s a challenge, but you can recognise your strengths and use them to develop skills to work better, increase organization, and interact with people more effectively. With the right skills and support, you can counteract the effects of AD/HD. ADDLife will be your support.
