Installation Process Initial enquiry by e-mail / telephone We will contact you within 24 hours and carry out an initial assessment of your property’s suitability for your chosen technology. Following an initial assessment we will carry out an ‘on site survey’. We will then provide you with a fully detailed quotation. You will then receive an installation date for your system, usually within 3-4 weeks. The scaffolding will usually be erected the previous day to installation. Installation will usually take 2-3 days, with disruption kept to a minimum. We will then commission the system & take readings. All scaffolding will be removed and your property left clean and tidy!. We are able to link all of our installations to our website to continuously monitor systems. All installation is carried out by out in-house installers, not sub-contracted out to other companies, so you can be assured that all work will be carried out to a very high standard and any issues will have been discussed and resolved at the on site survey. Only registered installers will carry out the on site survey , so no high pressure sales pitch.
