Marco the owner of the Old Bill firmly believes in keeping the menu the same because "if it aint broke don't fix it ".
You are most likely to see Marco here ensuring everything is to perfection. Marco started cooking at the age of 14 in Italy, it wasn't long before he was traveling around Europe as a chef from Switzerland to Germany and then on-to England. So you can imagine the expertise and quality of food served in his restaurants.
