Fees are charged on the basis of a percentage of the candidate's gross salary. In return, we offer a FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE on all appointments. Please see below for further information.

Fixed fees
- so you know exactly what the recruitment is going to cost at the outset
- these invariably work out lower than our standard rates
Annual contracts
- all your recruits within a 12 month period “wrapped up” in one fixed price monthly fee
- particularly cost effective if you envisage 3 or more new recruits in any one year
- if you only wish to outsource an element of the recruitment process, we offer an hourly rate charge
- support with any aspect of your recruitment process at realistic hourly rates designed to save you money
Low fee rates
- for quick turnaround database searches without the need to interview
- variable fee rates dependant upon the free replacement guarantee you choose
Split invoicing
- typically split over 2-3 payments giving flexibility and cashflow benefits
- particularly useful for smaller growing businesses
FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEES
Sometimes things don't work out as planned and you need to find a replacement. Often there is no obvious reason but nevertheless you still need to find an alternative candidate. We will re-work the search to find a replacement candidate for FREE. We have three main options as follows:
3 month guarantee
Our lowest guarantee is most appropriate for junior management roles and particularly those on short notice period
6 month guarantee
