As a Property Buyers' Agent’ we represent investors, home buyers and developers in purchasing property and  as such specialize in searching, evaluating and negotiating the best possible price on behalf of the buyer. In this we only work exclusively for the buyer as compared to the estate agent who works for the seller.
In this role, it is our job to ensure you don’t pay too much by providing background information about the true value of the property you are seeking to buy.

Acting as buyer's agent, we will not become emotionally involved in the transaction (as many buyers do) and will provide you with sufficient advice to ensure that you can make an informed choice.


You may think that using the services of a Property Buyer's Agent is too expensive. As your agent, we can save you money, time and stress, whatever your budget. We are experienced negotiators and will be able to secure the property for you at a better price and contract terms than you could possibly attempt to acting for yourself. In most cases we will save you the fee they charge and for that provide a whole lot more benefits.   

What we can offer to buyers

Evaluate the specific needs and wants of the buyer and locate properties that fit those specifications.


Assist the buyer in determining the amount that they can afford and show appropriate properties in that price bracket.


Assist in viewing properties – accompanying the buyer on the showings, or previewing properties on behalf of the buyer to ensure their specifications are met.


Research the specific properties to identify any problems or issues to help the buyer make an informed decision prior to submitting an offer to purchase the property.


Advise the buyer on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.
Present the offer to the seller’s agent and/or the seller on the buyer’s behalf. Negotiate on behalf of the buyer to help obtain the specified property, keeping the buyer’s interest in mind.
Obtain the property at the best possible price, often securing greater discounts than if you didn't use a buyer's agent.
Bid at the auction on your behalf.
