By submitting any material, pictures, artwork, text, logos, trademarks, external web site links, phone numbers, contact numbers, contact addresses you are agreeing for this to be displayed and aware of all consequences that may derive from such material being displayed, we are in no way responsible or liable for consequences. By submitting any material you are aware that editing, resizing, translating, and adapting that may have to take place to ensure that your web page advert meets our standards, so your material may differ from that of the submitted.

All material that you have submitted that you do not wish to be displayed may or will be stored for future reference for example in our database, we endeavour not to submit your information to a third party but we take no responsibility if such information or material is.

Also by submitting material (including external web site links), you have fully checked that you are allowed to have this published on our web site or you are the owner of such material.

Articles
Articles can be submitted to us through postal services or via electronic mail, we hold no responsibility if the article submitted is found to be a copy from another authors work. If an article is found to be a copy please email to team@b-visible.co.uk and not to the article email address as this may be seen as unsolicited emails. By submitting an article to us you are agreeing for us to display your article on the internet not only on our site put on other web sites.

Agreeing to Your Placed Advertisement

When your web page advertisement goes live on our site if you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible, so suitable changes can be applied.

Our Standards

To ensure that adverts placed are accurate and eye catching for our web site users we sometimes have to do what it takes to make this possible, so our web designer is free to make the necessary changes.

We try our best to ensure our web site is brought to you 24hours a day but downtime may occur, so we are in no way responsible for any damages, profit losses or any consequences that may occur from such downtime problems. We regularly check our systems for bugs, viruses, spyware and our systems run clean we however will be no way held responsible if any of these occur or transfer to your systems.

We try our best to deliver a prompt service so that new clients can have their web page advertisement as fast as possible, but in some circumstances the speed of this service my vary, we accept no responsibility or liability for service delay.

Web Page Termination and Declining

You are allowed to cancel at any time as there is no subscription period, therefore no cancellation fee will be charged (please note as of 18/09/2007 new termination, cancellation and declining terms and conditions have changed please click here to view new terms).

Your Advert may be terminated if payments have not been received (paying clients only) or your business no longer exists. If your business goes under new ownership or any changes are made you are required to let us know about how you wish to proceed or what as been changed. We can terminate your web page advert if we think it is in our best interest at any given time, and we are not liable for any consequences that may occur because of this action. B-visible.co.uk has the right to decline an application for a web page advertisement or an update at any time.

Paying customers wishing to cancel need to inform us first then cancel the standing order that as been set up, it is your responsibility to cancel your own standing order. If we receive any payments after your web page as been taken off due to you not canceling your standing order we shall not issue a refund of any knid.The price is agreed on application and is a fixed price until termination of your web page advertisement. Prices may vary for new clients, refunds will not be given.

Web Page Adverts and All Advertisers
Please note advertiser terms and conditions have now been extended, please read the new changes by clicking here (18/09/2007). From the date 18/09/2007 all advertisers must agree with the extended terms as well as the terms stated on this page.

We are in no way liable or responsible for the content of a web page advertisement. Performance of a web page advertisement is not the responsibility of b-visible.co.uk or any team members. Your web page advertisement does not carry any warranty of any kind and refunds shall not be issued. Any issues, risks, damages, profit loss, hazards, incidents that may occur fall entirely with the client who is advertising. Clients are entitled only to one web page, unless requested and arranged with us.

All information in our listings and client web pages have been obtained through correct procedures, we have either contacted you for permission or have had material submitted by a person who is in a authorised position. We are in no way responsible if the information is found to have been submitted by an unauthorised source or person. If an advert, listing, logo is displayed by not removing it you are giving us permission to carry on displaying it, if you would like to have an advert, listing, logo removed please contact us via e-mail.

Free Web Page (promotional offer now ended)
If data is submitted to us regarding the free web page located at: http://www.b-visible.co.uk/freewebpage.html you are giving us permission to store this on a computer for future reference. Also if you have submitted/given us a web address in the site address field on the free web page application you are allowing us, if no images are submitted, to visit your site and create your free web page using images found on your site.

Free Listing
If you have applied for a free listing with us (page found at http://www.b-visible.co.uk/applicationlisting.html) then you are allowing us to display the information given in a suitable section (section chosen by business type you have indicated). Users who submit business data must be either the owner of the company/business or a person with permission form the owner of the company/business.

Free Designing
You may have recently received a leaflet for free web designing this offer is valid, you will however need to take out our hosting package. Prices of hosting start from 99p per week.

Save Springhill High
Data that is submitted by our web site users regarding the save Springhill High campaign are agreeing for their information to be stored on a computer and also to be passed on to people who have the power to alter the proposed plans.

Future Offers or Information
