Your account can be set up within 24 hours.

How does the receptionist know which calls are mine?
Your company name is added to your unique telephone number, so when a call is diverted to us your company name will show to the receptionist and they will be able to greet your customers as if they were in the office with you.

What happens if more than one call comes through at once?
Your customers will never hear a busy tone. Our unique software automatically routes the call to the next available receptionist without a busy tone.
